I am trying to open PDF files with a program called PDFXedit which is installed inside a bottle.
In windows i can use this comand to open PDF files with that program :
“C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Editor\PDFXEdit.exe” /A “C:\Users\ENG PC\Desktop\sei-rmcf_rmcp.pdf”
When i try to open a PDF file in Linux with a the Desktop shortcut generated by Bottles , the program can not find the PDF file i am trying to open from the Downloads folder.
The command the shortcut generated by bottles is this : Exec=flatpak run --command=bottles-cli com.usebottles.bottles run -p PDFXEdit -b ‘office apps’ – %u
when i run this command from the terminal , PDFXEdit starts but a warning comes up saying : An error occurred while opening a document from the file: C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\PDF Editor%u.
Is there a way to pass the path to the pdf file i am trying to open to that program ?
