Everything looks tiny on 1440p monitor

Hi people

I’ve just got a nice 1440p display

I’m on PopOS 22.04 with scaling 125% font 1.25

everything looks tiny

could you guide me to solve the issue?

Open the Bottle you want to change font scaling. Then, below “Programs”, open “Legacy Wine Tools” and below you will find “Configuration” (of Wine) then select “Graphics” tab and in the bottom you’ll see “Resolution” and choose an higher ppp.

This is a useful tool —> Pixels to DPI Converter
I changed the resolution (scaling), but it only seemed to affect the fonts, not the resolution of the images. Still very helpful for reading and setting menu items.

As an alternative approach, the DPI can be set under “settings” → “display” → “advanced display settings” -->“screen scaling”
