EA Play installs but once logged in returns Server 500 errors

I have installed EA Play using the Bottles Installers feature, and I haven’t changed any other configuration or settings.

Once installation is complete I have 2 programs listed, EA Client and EALauncher.

EA Client opens up the login panel for EA Play and once I have entered in my correct credentials it tries to load the EA Play app, however all I see are the EA Play logo in the top left and the words Home, nothing else loads and eventually I am presented with a screen which states 500 server error, I have tried to reconnect over a few days and the error persists, so I am unsure that it truly is a server issue.

EALauncher seems to have no outcome, there is no program loaded on screen, but when running with terminal I get the following output:

0148:err:ole:apartment_getclassobject DllGetClassObject returned error 0x80040111 for dll L"C:\\windows\\system32\\ieframe.dll"
